Typically I have some grand explanation as to why this recipe exists and why you should make it, but I’ll keep it simple for you today — Peanut Butter Banana Muffins combine all things that are delicious in the world. To me, these are heaven 🙂
You will need:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter (I used creamy :))
2-3 ripe bananas (I used three medium so it was fairly banana-y)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Pre-heat your oven to 350. As with most banana based recipes, this dough is really easy to combine, and I didn’t bother separating wet and dry ingredients. Throw it all into a bowl and mix it up until fully combined. I skipped on chocolate chips this time, but let’s be real, they’d be an awesome addition to these babies, so if you’re feeling daring, toss some into the mix!
Either grease or line your muffin pan with paper liners, and scoop the batter in, about 3/4 full. Bake these for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown, and let cool. Enjoy these Peanut Butter Banana Muffins for breakfast or dessert, they are perfect any time!
