You may think the name of these cookies is a mouthful, but you don’t know the definition of mouthful until you start sneaking bites of cookie dough while you’re making them. I originally set out to make some cookies with Oreo pudding and was really bummed when my grocery store was out. Then I saw cheesecake pudding, and my brain couldn’t handle the possibilities– here’s where it went!
You will need:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup white sugar
1 3.4 ounce package of Cheesecake instant pudding
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
3 Snickers bars
Pre-heat your oven to 325. Combine the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla and beat until creamy. Combine flour and baking soda, and gradually add to the wet mixture, combining well. Chop up your snickers bar and throw it into the mix, stirring until evenly distributed. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are just beginning to brown.
Adding pudding to your cookies gives them a super soft, melt in your mouth texture while adding a special little taste 🙂 This recipe is easily customizable, change the pudding flavor and the candy and make it your own!
