If you love cookies n cream milkshakes and cookies in general, this recipe is seriously for you. I love to throw a candy bar in a recipe, and I loooove a cookie that includes pudding mix, so when I came across this OREO PUDDING I couldn’t help but throw in some Hershey’s cookies and cream bars and make a masterpiece!
You will need:
1 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup white sugar
1 4.2 ounce package instant Oreo Pudding mix
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 (or more!) King Sized Hershey’s Cookies N Cream Candy Bars broken into small pieces
Pre-heat your oven to 325. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside. Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in pudding mix until blended. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add the flour mixture and mix to combine. Fold in cookies n cream pieces. Spoon rounded tablespoons on to a prepared baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes, until just the edges are slightly browned– these are way better soft and chewy, so be sure to not over-bake! Remove from oven, allow to cool on a wire rack, and enjoy this seriously sweet piece of cookies n cream heaven!
