No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

I’m all about an easy recipe that requires almost no prep time, but when you add in no bake time, you’ve got my attention. Add in peanut butter? SOLD. This is a recipe my mom has used one million times over the years for various events and it’s never disappointed– couldn’t be easier or more delicious, and takes almost no time to prepare! Just allow for enough time to freeze up 🙂

You will need:
For graham cracker crust:
1 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
3 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup melted butter

And for the pie:
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
1 16 oz package cool whip topping, thawed
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Mini Reese’s, chopped, for topping

This recipe is for a standard 8 inch pie — I halved the recipe because I was gifted some adorable mini pie pans this holiday, and I wanted to make some minis 🙂

Start off by preparing your pie crust, mixing your 3 ingredients until well combined, press the mixture into a well greased pie pan until the bottom and sides are fully covered.

Mix up your peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until creamy. Fold in half of the whipped topping until fully combined, and spoon into your prepared pie crust. Spread the remaining whipped topping over this, sprinkle on your chopped Reese’s, and maybe even drizzle some chocolate syrup if you have it on hand. And that’s it! Toss this baby in the freezer and allow it to chill for at least two hours, though I usually let mine chill overnight. Once fully chilled, slice and serve!
